Returns and Exchanges:

In-store purchases and Online purchases picked up in store: We are happy to offer an exchange or store credit only (no refunds) for purchases made in-store and online orders picked up in our Elora or Erin location within 14 days. Please note we have a FREE 7 day hold policy to help you be sure about your selection.

Online Purchases that are shipped to you:
Due to the fact that it is impossible to try on items when purchasing online, we want you to know that you can return/exchange items that you have purchased online within 10 days of receiving the item. We just have a few tiny rules...

• The item must be in its original state: it must not have been worn, washed or damaged, must contain all pieces (if it applies);

If you return an item, we will refund you the value of the article and tax, but we cannot refund the shipping fees or the tax applied on the shipping fees. We don't cover, nor refund the return shipping fees.

Please inform us by email that you are returning an item and why before you ship back the item. We will issue you a return number to write on the special tag accompanying the piece you purchased. Please email us at: customerservice@epiphanyapparel.ca
We must receive any item you are returning in 10 days following your email to us.

Refunds will be processed after we've received the package and they will be credited directly to the method of payment used at checkout. A refund confirmation will be sent to you by email.

Online exchanges are not available at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return your purchase for full refund and place a new order.

It is also possible for you to come in person to either of our two boutiques to do a return or exchange. Who knows, you may find something else fabulous!
