In-store purchases and Online purchases picked up in store: We are happy to offer an exchange or store credit only (no refunds) for purchases made in-store and online orders picked up in store within 14 days. Please note we have a FREE 7 day hold policy to help you be sure about your selection.

Online Purchases that are shipped to you: We want you to know that you can return/exchange your online purchases within 10 days of receiving the package.

Items must be returned in their original state: not worn, washed or damaged and must contain all pieces (if applicable).

If you return an item, we will refund you the original value and tax, but we cannot refund the shipping fees. We don't cover, nor refund the return shipping fees.

Please email us at customerservice@epiphanyapparel.ca to let us know you're returning an item and why. Returns must be received within 10 days following your email.

Your refund will be issued as soon as we receive the item and will be credited to your original form of payment. A refund confirmation will be sent to you via email.

Unfortunately, online exchanges are not available at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return your purchase for full refund and place a new order.
